The Ubuntu Model of Business

The Ubuntu model of business steps away from the capitalist approach to building and instead presents a model steeped in African traditions of building, by investing in the community and having a reciprocal and solidarity engagement at every level of the business structure. "Investment and profit is made at a wholistic and village level”. This initiative is being supported by the University of Repair & Black Cultural Archives.
